FlexEfoot

FlexEfoot
Linear Support Systems for Modular Infrastructure
Purpose-built

Linear Support Systems for:

  • Generator Enclosures (FlexEgen™)
  • Electrical Buildings (FlexEhouse™)
  • Battery Energy Storage Systems (FlexEpod™)
  • Large Modular Buildings (FlexEstack™)
  • Cooling Modules (FlexEcool™)

DeliversThe building sits on the corners. The services run underneath. The project moves faster.

FlexEfoot™ is a range of engineered support beams and pedestal systems designed to support modular electrical buildings, generator enclosures, E-Houses and BESS containers through their ISO corner castings. Unlike traditional slab foundations, FlexEfoot™ uses strategically positioned structural support assemblies beneath the container corners, reducing civil works while maintaining full structural integrity and providing unrestricted access for cables, pipework and drainage beneath the building.

Scope

Standard, optional and what we never do

Standard

Included on every FlexEfoot unit.

  • Engineered support beams and pedestal assemblies sized and rated to the enclosure footprint and load
  • ISO corner casting interface — support positioned beneath each container corner
  • Creates elevated service void beneath the enclosure
  • Requires only discrete concrete or surface pads — not a full reinforced slab

Optional extras

Specified per project, costed as add-ons.

  • Threaded adjustable pedestals for levelling on uneven ground
  • Enhanced load ratings for heavy equipment
  • Corrosion-resistant finishes for harsh or marine environments
  • Fixed (non-adjustable) variants for pre-levelled foundations
  • Custom spans and configurations for non-standard footprints

Exclusions

Out of scope — owned by other trades.

  • Foundation design or groundworks engineering
  • Civil preparation of the concrete pads or base beneath the feet
  • Cable trench design or excavation
  • Drainage pipework beyond the underfloor void

WE NEVER TERMINATE POWER CABLING — THAT STAYS WITH THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR / INTEGRATOR.
